There are no additional charges for the first 4 toll free numbers, but on each additional toll free number, there will be a $2.00 monthly fee. *Please note: a surcharge applies to toll free and calling card calls originating from payphones. All rates exclude Federal Universal Service Fee. Business customers are also subject to a monthly Carrier Access Charge (CAC). If your usage is less than $25, your bill will be trued-up to this amount.

The Fine Print
Calls to HI, AK, PR, and USVI are billed at the same low rate of 5.9 cents/min (4.9 with the Gold Package and 4.25 with the Business Package). All Direct dial, Toll-Free, and Calling Card domestic calls are billed in 6 second increments - 18 second minimum. All international and offshore calls are billed in 6 second increments - 30 second minimum. Calling Card rates are equal to the direct dial Outbound Rates for international termination. All direct dial and Toll Free rates exclude Carrier Access Charge (CAC) and Federal Universal Service Fee. FCC imposed CAC fee: $2.61line for Commercial Lines - and FUSF charges of 9.9% (Residential) and 9.1% (Commercial) apply. A surcharge applies to calling card and incoming toll free calls originating from payphones. International calls are billed in 30-second increments.
